ESPN

"Let's get ready to.. recreate history!"  A cool project for Tool of North America for ESPN. The brief? Tell intriguing, but little known sports stories. We came out swinging with an online campaign about a mythical fight that never happened, but should have.

In 1971 Wilt Chamberlain challenged Muhammad Ali for the heavyweight championship of the world. Wilt believed he was the greatest athlete on earth. But to be the greatest, he had to beat the “Greatest.”  After a ton of hype and verbal sparing, Chamberlain pulled out.  And so one of sport’s greatest battles never happened.

But what if it did?

Combining expert analysis from boxing historians with innovative gaming technology, ESPN fims will recreate this mythical battle. And you get  a ringside seat.

Could Wilt’s superior reach and power keep Ali at bay? Or would Ali’s speed have the giant fall to the sound of Ali yelling “Timberrrrrrrrrrrrr!”
To add to the experience legendary referee Kenny Bayless shows you how to score the battle.
CELEBRITY FEUDS. To maintain the fun and hype, you can pit brawling celebrities against each other. Put them in the ring and with an Abuse Generator, they'll go toe to toe with insults.
