VESIcare "Pipe People"

Advertising OAB (Overactive Bladder) is a challenge. It's something no human wants to hear about. But when Pipe People discuss their internal plumbing, it puts a different shine on things. The "leaking pipes" metaphor is easily understood. And it addresses a delicate situation in an engaging way. Thanks to the Pipe People VESIcare has now become the leading brand in the OAB category. 
 
ONLINE TALK SHOW: Many OAB sufferers are reluctant to talk about their leaky pipes. So we created an online talk show that was friendly, inviting and informative. It was an ideal way to get the conversation started.
 
MOBIL APP. We created an app that helped OAB sufferers take control of their condition and enhance their lives. For instance, many sufferers are reluctant to go to new places if they don’t know where bathrooms are. So the App included a Bathroom Locator. 
 
The App also had a daily Bladder Tracker that gauged the extent of the condition. This helped the sufferer’s doctor devise an effective treatment plan.
 
The App could be personalized to include a sufferer’s interests and hobbies. It reminded them that thanks to VESIcare, they could focus on better things than the bathroom.
